The business will operate with the following sources of income:

1. Rental of theatres, from which the theatre receives income through fixed, guaranteed rental payable in advance and through additional participation in a percentage of box office gross income achieved.

2. Rental of function rooms.

3. Rental of technical equipment and costumes.

4. Outsourcing of catering establishments, from which the theatre receives income through fixed, guaranteed rental payable in advance against a percentage of gross income achieved.

5. Outsourcing of bar operations, from which the theatre receives income in the form of a percentage of gross income achieved.

6. Rental of office and retail space to third parties.

7. Sponsorship opportunities.

8. The global touring of commercially orientated in-house productions, from which the theatre receives US dollar and/or UK sterling income through licensing of ownership.
